
I must have a tetsu bara - no ill effects at all!
Happily I still had the papaya salad and have had a healthy breakfast :)
Ingredients are chili, shredded green papaya, green beans, cherry tomatoes, fish sauce, peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, and palm sugar - very refreshing!
Sorry the picture is a bit blurry - I was only talking with Madeline yesterday about deteriorating eyesight and possibilities for seeing more clearly...
